Encinitas Selected for Up to $33.6 Million in Federal Rail-Safety Funding
The federal selection would help remake crossings along six miles of the LOSSAN corridor, adding gates, two new at-grade connections and a pedestrian-and-bicycle undercrossing. Encinitas must provide a 20% nonfederal match.
